## § 31-44 Notice and hearing – Exception.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 31-44 (2026)

The Director of Transportation is not required to give notice or hold a hearing in the case of a vehicle that:

(1) is more than 8 years old; and

(2) has no engine or otherwise is totally inoperable.
