§ 31-106 Driveways, service drives, private ways.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.
Within any zone marked as tow away, pursuant to <cite data-path="|31|§6-12">§ 6-12 of this article</cite>, so as to obstruct or impede egress or ingress to or from a driveway, service drive, or private way.
(b)Construction.
Violation of this section occurs whether or not a vehicle has actually been prevented from entering or leaving the driveway, service drive, or private way.
