## § 36-3 $300 fines.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 36-3 (2026)

(1) Abandoning a vehicle in violation of § 31-8 {“Abandoned vehicles”}of <cite data-path="|31">this article</cite> is punishable by a fine of $300.

(2) Parking an unidentifiable vehicle in violation of § 31-12 {“Unidentifiable vehicles”}of <cite data-path="|31">this article</cite> is punishable by a fine of $300.
