Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 36-7 (2026)

(1)

Parking, stopping, or standing where parking, stopping, or standing is prohibited and impounding is authorized is punishable by a fine of $50.

(2)

A parking meter violation on an impounding street during the hours that a vehicle may be impounded is punishable by a fine of $50.
