## § 37-1 General fine.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 37-1 (2026)

Any person violating any provision or regulation of <cite data-path="|31">this article</cite> shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined a sum not exceeding $100 for each and every offense, except where another penalty is specified.
