## § 38-14 Appeals.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 38-14 (2026)

(a) A provider aggrieved by a decision of the Department may appeal that decision to the Director in writing within 10 days of the Department’s decision.

(b) The Director must issue a written decision within 30 days of receipt of the provider’s appeal.
