## § 38-8 Permit required.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 38-8 (2026)

(a) No provider may operate a dockless-vehicle-for-hire business without having first obtained a permit from the Director.

(b) The Director may issue a permit under this subtitle in the form the Director requires.
