## § 38-23 Performance bond.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 38-23 (2026)

(a) Providers must provide a performance bond in an amount and form specified by the Director.

(b) The funds available from the bond required by this section shall be applied to pay for:

  (1) damage to public property caused by a provider’s dockless vehicles; or

  (2) the removal and storage of a provider’s dockless vehicles that are parked illegally.
