## § 6-38 Warning notices.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 6-38 (2026)

(a) Notice of the possible removal of motor vehicles stopping on any 1 of the areas hereinbefore mentioned or described in violation of any provision of this subtitle shall be posted on signs prominently located on the particular area, and shall read as follows:
“Cars Towed Away”

(b) The phrase “cars towed away”, for the purpose of this subtitle, shall mean the removal of a motor vehicle by the Baltimore City Police Department.
