Notice of the possible removal of motor vehicles stopping on any 1 of the areas hereinbefore mentioned or described in violation of any provision of this subtitle shall be posted on signs prominently located on the particular area, and shall read as follows: “Cars Towed Away” The phrase “cars towed away”, for the purpose of this subtitle, shall mean the removal of a motor vehicle by the Baltimore City Police Department.
