§ 7-8 Setting rates and payment methods.

§ 7-8 Setting rates and payment methods.LinkCopy Citation
Notwithstanding any other provision of <cite data-path="|31">this article</cite>:
(1)
the Director of Transportation may set the rates for metered parking on all metered-parking lots temporarily or permanently under the control of the City; and
(2)
with the approval of the Board of Estimates, the Director may:
(i)
set the rates for all other metered parking in the City; and
(ii)
designate the methods of payment to be used for the various parking systems.
