## § 7-9 Rearrangements.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 7-9 (2026)

(a) The establishment of metered parking in any particular place or area of this City is not a commitment by or obligation on the City to continue the use of metered parking in that place or area.

(b) The Director of Transportation may discontinue, rearrange, or otherwise change metered parking systems on the streets, thoroughfares, and public places of the City so as best to provide for the City’s traffic needs.
