## § 7-22 Exception for holidays.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 7-22 (2026)

This subtitle does not apply and may not be enforced on:

(1) New Year’s Day, January 1;

(2) Independence Day, July 4;

(3) Labor Day, the 1<sup>st</sup> Monday in September;

(4) Thanksgiving Day, the fourth Thursday in November; and

(5) Christmas Day, December 25.
