## § 9-11 “Disabled person” defined.

Balt., Md., Code art. 31, § 9-11 (2026)

In this Part, “disabled individual” means an individual who meets the physical criteria for obtaining a reserved parking space for a disabled individual under <cite data-path="31|§9-1">§ 9-1</cite> of this subtitle.
