## § 11-202 BSC Bio-Science Campus District.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 11-202 (2026)

(a)

  (1) The BSC Bio-Science Campus Zoning District is intended to accommodate bio-science campuses, including supportive uses, and some residential uses.

  (2) A BSC District must encompass at least 1 acre of land.

(b) The BSC District allows:

  (1) a broad mix of uses, integrating manufacturing, office, and research and development; and

  (2) additional supportive uses, like limited retail, educational facilities, and some higher density residential uses.
