## § 12-101 In general.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 12-101 (2026)

The purpose of this title is to set out the use regulations, bulk and yard regulations, and other standards for:

(1) Office-Residential Zoning Districts;

(2) Transit-Oriented Development Zoning Districts;

(3) Educational Campus Zoning Districts;

(4) Hospital Campus Zoning Districts;

(5) Transportation Zoning Districts;

(6)

(7) Waterfront Overlay Zoning Districts;

(8) Rowhouse Mixed-Use Overlay Zoning Districts;

(9) Detached Dwelling Mixed-Use Overlay Zoning Districts;

(10) Adult-Use Overlay Zoning Districts; and

(11) Port Covington Zoning District.
