## § 12-502 Bulk and Yard Regulations.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 12-502 (2026)

(a) Except as provided in <cite data-path="|32|§12-503">§ 12-503 {“Educational Campus Master Plan”} of this subtitle</cite>, <em>Table 12-502: Educational Campus Districts – Bulk and Yard Regulations </em>sets forth the applicable bulk and yard regulations for new construction in the EC-1 and EC-2 Districts.

(b) Measurement methodologies are as set forth in Title 15, Subtitle 3 {“Measurement Methodologies”} of this Code.

(c) In this District, height limits are relative to the perimeter street building.  Therefore, height is measured from the closest perimeter street to the building.
