§ 12-602 Bulk and yard regulations.LinkCopy Citation
(a)In general.

Except as provided in <cite data-path="|32|§12-603">§ 12-603 {“Hospital General Development Plan”} of this subtitle</cite>, <em>Table 12-602: Hospital Campus Districts – Bulk and Yard Regulations</em> sets forth the applicable bulk and yard regulations for new construction in the H District.

Hospital buildings existing as of June 5, 2017, regardless of height and yards, are deemed conforming.
(b)Measurement methodologies.
Measurement methodologies are as set forth in Title 15, Subtitle 3 {“Measurement Methodologies”} of this Code.
(c)Exceptions and requirements.
In this District, height limits are relative to the perimeter street building. Therefore, height is measured from the closest perimeter street to the building.
