Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 12-701 (2026)

In a Transportation District, the following uses are permitted:

(1)

Public rights-of-way.

(2)

Commuter and freight rail lines and activities directly related to the provision of commuter or freight rail service, including accessory structures.

(3)

Bus ways.

(4)

Pedestrian and bicycle trails.
