§ 14-303 Boat manufacturing, repair, and sales.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Required equipment.
For boat manufacturing, repair, and sales, the site must have equipment capable of repairing, hauling, and launching vessels with a gross weight of 25 tons or more.
(b)Prohibited activities.
The following activities are prohibited:
(1)
the sale of new boats, other than those assembled or manufactured on site; and
(2)
the leasing of dry dock or marina storage for individual boat owners.
