For boat manufacturing, repair, and sales, the site must have equipment capable of repairing, hauling, and launching vessels with a gross weight of 25 tons or more. The following activities are prohibited:the sale of new boats, other than those assembled or manufactured on site; and the leasing of dry dock or marina storage for individual boat owners. Ord. 16-581
