§ 14-304 Car washes.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 14-304 (2026)

(a)Lot area.

(1)

The site of a car wash, other than a hand car wash, must be at least 10,000 square feet.

(2)

For a hand car wash, there is no minimum lot area.

(b)Paving.

The site of the use must be paved to drain away from adjacent properties.

(c)Lighting.

Lighting provided for the site must be directed away from adjacent properties.
