This section applies to all kennels and animal clinics. All animal quarters and runs are to be kept in a clean, dry, and sanitary condition. Exterior enclosures and runs must provide protection against weather extremes. Floors of runs must be made of impervious material to permit proper cleaning and disinfecting. Exercise areas and runs must be fenced. This fencing must be:of a sufficient height to prevent escape; and buried during installation to prevent escape by digging beneath the fence posts. Noise must be mitigated so as not to create a public nuisance for adjacent properties and must comply with all local noise regulations.
