## § 14-320 Lodges and social clubs.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 14-320 (2026)

(a) Lodges and social clubs must be designed so that the location of entrances and exits, exterior lighting, service areas, and parking and loading facilities will minimize traffic congestion, pedestrian hazards, and adverse impacts on adjacent properties.

(b) Lodges and social clubs are permitted to serve meals or alcoholic beverages on the premises for members and their guests only.

(c) No more than 50% of the gross floor area may be used as office space for the lodge or social club.

(d) Sleeping facilities are prohibited.
