§ 14-333 Recyclable materials recovery facilities.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Compliance with state and local laws.
A recyclable materials recovery facility must:
(1)
comply with all applicable state and local laws, rules, and regulations; and
(2)
obtain all applicable state and local permits.
(b)Operations to be enclosed or screened.
(1)
All loading and unloading must be performed either within an enclosed building or within an area screened from public view in accordance with the requirements of the Baltimore City Landscape Manual.
(2)
All other operations must be enclosed within an enclosed building.
