A recyclable materials recovery facility must:comply with all applicable state and local laws, rules, and regulations; and obtain all applicable state and local permits. All loading and unloading must be performed either within an enclosed building or within an area screened from public view in accordance with the requirements of the Baltimore City Landscape Manual.
