§ 14-412 Permitted temporary uses – Outdoor entertainment.LinkCopy Citation
(a)Where allowed.
Temporary outdoor entertainment events are allowed in non-residential districts.
(b)Evaluation.
Temporary outdoor entertainment events are evaluated based on:
(1)
the adequacy of the parcel size, parking provisions, and traffic access; and
(2)
the absence of undue adverse impact, including noise, on other properties.
(c)Yard restrictions.
Temporary outdoor entertainment events need not comply with the yard requirements of this Code.
