## § 14-413 Permitted temporary uses – Batching plants.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 14-413 (2026)

(a) Temporary batching plants (asphalt or concrete) are allowed in any district in connection with construction activities.

(b) Temporary batching plants must be set back at least 50 feet from any property developed for other than industrial uses.

(c) Temporary batching plants are limited the duration of construction or 1 year, whichever is sooner.
