§ 15-402 Inclusionary housing adjustment.

For a residential project that, under City Code <cite data-path="|13|§2B-22|(c)">Article 13, § 2B-22(c) {“Project benefitting from significant land use authorization or rezoning”}</cite> or § 2B-23(c)(1) {“30 or more units: Cost-offsets”}, is entitled to bonus units, the lot area per dwelling unit otherwise required by this Code is reduced to the extent needed to accommodate those bonus units.
