## § 15-513 Public park accessory uses.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 15-513 (2026)

The following accessory uses are permitted within a publicly-owned park:

(1) concession services, as follows:

  (i) sales of food and sundries; and

  (ii) rental of recreational equipment;

(2) grandstands as part of athletic fields, which grandstands must be located at least 200 feet from the nearest lot line in a residential or office-residential district;

(3) information kiosks;

(4) picnic shelters and gazebos;

(5) public restrooms; and

(6) mobile storage structures.
