## § 15-601 Permitted projections and obstructions into required yards.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 15-601 (2026)

Except for the projections and obstructions specified in<em> Table 15-601: Permitted Encroachments into Required Yards</em>, every part of a required yard or of any other required open space must be open and unobstructed from the ground to the sky.
