## § 16-801 Commercial vehicles on private property zoned for residential use.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 16-801 (2026)

(a) The following restrictions apply to the storage or parking of commercial vehicles on private property that is zoned for residential use.

(b) Only standard-sized, passenger vehicles including, but not limited to, automobiles, passenger size livery vehicles, vans, sports utility vehicles (SUVs), and pick-up trucks are permitted to be stored or parked outdoors overnight on private property that is zoned for residential use.

(c) All other commercial vehicles including, but not limited to, semi-truck tractor units, with or without attached trailers, commercial trailers, buses, limousines (excluding passenger size livery vehicles), tow trucks, or construction vehicles, are prohibited from being stored or parked outside overnight on private property that is zoned for residential use.
