## § 18-601 Construction of single-family dwelling.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 18-601 (2026)

(a) This section does not apply in an Industrial District.

(b) On a nonconforming lot that was established before June 5, 2017, a single-family dwelling may be erected regardless of the minimum lot area requirements imposed by this Code as long as:

  (1) the nonconforming lot meets all other requirements of this Code; and

  (2) the owner of the nonconforming lot does not also own any abutting lot that can be consolidated with the nonconforming lot.
