## § 18-703 Taverns.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 18-703 (2026)

(a) Nonconforming taverns must either:

  (1) fully comply with § 14-338 {“Taverns”} within 2 years after they become nonconforming; or

  (2) be terminated.

(b) A waiver extending the time for compliance based on hardship may be applied for in accordance with <cite data-path="|32|§18-701|(b)">§ 18-701(b) {“Retail good establishments...: Waiver for hardship”} of this subtitle</cite>.
