Nonconforming taverns must either:fully comply with § 14-338 {“Taverns”} within 2 years after they become nonconforming; or be terminated. A waiver extending the time for compliance based on hardship may be applied for in accordance with <cite data-path="|32|§18-701|(b)">§ 18-701(b) {“Retail good establishments...: Waiver for hardship”} of this subtitle</cite>.
