§ 19-101 Prohibited conduct.LinkCopy Citation
No person may:
(1)
violate any provision of this Code, of any rule, regulation, or manual adopted under this Code, or of any permit, notice, or order issued under this Code;
(2)
refuse, neglect, omit, or otherwise fail to comply with any provision of this Code, of any rule, regulation, or manual adopted under this Code, or of any permit, notice, or order issued under this Code;
(3)
resist the enforcement of any provision of this Code, of any rule, regulation, or manual adopted under this Code, or of any notice or order issued under this Code; or
(4)
cause any of these acts or omissions to be done.
