## § 19-215 Criminal penalties.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 19-215 (2026)

Any person who violates any provision of <cite data-path="|32|§19-101">§ 19-101 {“Prohibited conduct”} of this title</cite> is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $500 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days or both fine and imprisonment for each offense.
