## § 4-204 Approval prerequisite to permit.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 4-204 (2026)

(a) Site plan approval is required before any permits may be issued for any development to which <cite data-path="|32|§4-203">§ 4-203 {“Applicability”} of this subtitle</cite> applies.

(b) Site plan approval is also required if:

  (1) no permits have been issued; and

  (2) either:

    (i) a final approved site plan has been changed; or

    (ii) more than 1 year has passed since final approval.
