## § 4-305 Review standards.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 4-305 (2026)

(a) The Director of Planning must review the project for compliance with environmental regulations.

(b) Applicable regulations include:

  (1) Floodplains: City Code <cite data-path="|7">Article 7</cite>, Division I {“Floodplain Management”};

  (2) Chesapeake Bay Critical Area: Title 7, Subtitle 4, of this Code;

  (3) Forest Conservation: City Code <cite data-path="|7">Article 7</cite>, Division IV {“Forest and Tree Conservation”}; and

  (4) Significant Trees and Specimen Trees: Sites not required to comply with Forest Conservation regulations must protect these trees as required by the Baltimore City Landscape Manual.
