If any conditional use is discontinued for a continuous period of 2 years or more, the conditional use approval automatically lapses and is void. A new application and authorization is required before the conditional use may be re-established. If a conditional sign is removed in its entirety from the building or structure for which it was approved for a continuous period of 1 year or more, the conditional approval automatically lapses and is void.
