§ 5-504 Referrals.LinkCopy Citation
Once a bill proposing a legislative authorization has been introduced, the City Council must refer the bill to the following for their written reports and recommendations:
(1)
the Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals;
(2)
the Planning Commission;
(3)
the Department of Transportation; and
(4)
any other agencies that the City Council President specifies.
