## § 5-702 Nature of permit.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 5-702 (2026)

A use permit is a document issued for a structure or land that states that the use or occupancy of the structure or land:

(1) complies with the provisions of this Code; and

(2) is the authorized use for that structure or land.
