§ 7-308 Municipal and personal liability.

Balt., Md., Code art. 32, § 7-308 (2026)

A zoning authorization for property that is near a delineated floodplain or near any other land later discovered to be a floodplain:

(1)

is not a representation, guarantee, or warranty of any kind that the property is not in a floodplain; and

(2)

may not be used to impose any liability on the City, its elected or appointed officials, or its employees.
