§ 7-412 Abandoned uses.LinkCopy Citation
Any use in the Critical Area Overlay District that is discontinued for 12 consecutive months:
(1)
is considered abandoned; and
(2)
may not be reestablished in the Critical Area unless, on recommendation of the Department of Planning, the Board of Municipal and Zoning Appeals finds that the use complies with the Critical Area Management Program.
