§ 2-2 Organization.

(a)In general.

The Commission consists of 10 members, who shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to approval by the City Council.

(b)Quorum.

5 members of the Commission constitute a quorum.

(c)Compensation; expenses.

The members of the Commission:

(1)

serve without compensation; but

(2)

are entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, as provided in the Ordinance of Esrimates.

(d)Officers.

The members of the Commission shall:

(1)

annually elect a Chair from among the members of the Commission; and

(2)

appoint a secretary.
