It shall be an unlawful practice for any person: to aid, abet, incite, compel, or coerce the doing of any act or to attempt to commit any act declared unlawful by the provisions of <cite data-path="|4">this article</cite>; to penalize or discriminate against any person because that person has opposed any practice made unlawful by <cite data-path="|4">this article</cite> or because that person has made a complaint, testified, or assisted in any manner in any investigation or proceeding hereunder; to intimidate in any way any person who is attempting to exercise the rights provided for in <cite data-path="|4">this article</cite>; or to obstruct, prevent, or discourage any person from complying with the provisions of <cite data-path="|4">this article</cite> or any order issued hereunder.
