There is created a Self-Insurance Fund. The initial funding shall be such amounts as may be provided:by the Fiscal Year 1987 Ordinance of Estimates; such supplementary appropriation ordinance(s) that may be enacted for this purpose; and from transfer of existing insurance reserves.
