## § 20-3 Inventories of property.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 20-3 (2026)

(a) On or before July 1, 1989, all municipal agencies shall submit to the Planning Commission an inventory of all named and unnamed City property under their control.

(b) On or before September 1, 1989, the Planning Commission shall submit a consolidated inventory of all named and unnamed City property to the Mayor and City Council.

(c) A copy of the report shall be filed with the Department of Legislative Reference.
