§ 21-9 General functions and duties.LinkCopy Citation
The Commission shall:
(1)
administer the public artwork program established by this subtitle;
(2)
generally promote and encourage public art in the City of Baltimore; and
(3)
work cooperatively with state and federal offices to encourage public art.
