§ 21-19 Incorporation into contract specifications.

Balt., Md., Code art. 5, § 21-19 (2026)

The contract specifications in the invitation to bid or request for proposals shall incorporate:

(1)

the requirements of this subtitle; and

(2)

the Commission’s determinations under § 21-18(b)(1) and (2) of this subtitle.
